Easy Taco Skillet

1 lb. Ground Beef
6 Flour Tortillas
1 Can Tomato Soup (10 3/4oz.)
½ Cup Salsa
½ Cup Warm Water
Pepper to taste
½ - 3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
Sour Cream
Romaine Lettuce, chopped

Cut up or tear the flour tortillas into 1 inch pieces and set aside. Grate the desired amount of cheese and set it aside.

In a 10-inch skillet, brown the ground beef, chopping into small pieces. When the meat is well browned, drain off the fat and return the skillet to the burner.

Add the tomato soup, salsa and water to the meat, stirring to combine. Add the flour tortillas, folding the mixture until the tortillas are well coated. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 6 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Chop the lettuce while the taco dinner is simmering.

When done, remove from the heat, sprinkle the cheese on top of the taco mixture and let melt. You may want to put a lid on it. Serve with sour cream and chopped lettuce, on the side.
