Potato Bread/Bread Machine


1 Pkg. or 2 1/4 Teaspoons Yeast
3 Cups Bread or All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon White Sugar
1 ½ Teaspoon Salt
2 ½ Teaspoons Butter, room temperature
2 Tablespoons Instant Mashed Potato Flakes
1 – 1 ½ Cups Warm Milk, 105° - 115°


Put the first 5 ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Heat the milk. Stir the potato flakes into the milk and let cool slightly. Add the milk to the flour mixture in the bread pan and push start. Note: Use the amount of milk needed to form a satiny smooth ball of dough.
