Sandwiches can make a quick and healthy meal. The sky's the limit whether hot or cold.

Sloppy Jose's (Joes)

1 lb. Ground Beef
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Teaspoon Celery Seed
½ of a Medium Onion, chopped or 1 Tablespoon Dried Onion
Crushed Red Pepper, to taste
¼ Cup of Catsup
4 Hamburger Buns

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion. Drain the meat then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer, on low for 5-10 minutes. Serve with the hamburger buns. Pickles and potatoes chips go well with this dish.

Note: We created this recipe as Sloppy Joes but we kept putting the crushed red pepper in for zip and it was fondly renamed Sloppy Jose's. A little crushed red pepper goes along way so experiment a little at a time.
